Bonjour! 2day I'm writing about the color pink.;) The color pink causes 'endorphins' to b released in your brain. Those particular endorphins can relax u, & also make u happy! (my room is completely pink- except 4 some things...they r either white or rainbow-y! lol but i luv all colors!) Yesterday My mom & I went shopping 4 some new dresses. I got a lovely pink 3-piece, pink skirt, short pink jacket, (reminded me of what Nancy Drew wore in Troubleshooter!;) ) & a shortish rose colored dress w/ a brown bolero. I sure was happy! FOMCL :) :) & chocolate also has endorphins that make u feel good. No wonder why Hershey's accurately named their new chocolate; 'BLISS'!! :) Believe it or not, chocolate masks on the face r good 4 acne! (or whatever) & if u want 2 relax chamomile tea or mint is a great cheer-upper!

So, have a fabulous, relaxed, happy day! (in short: HAGO = have a good 1!)

hey,so yesterday my mom took me to the tanning bed for the first time but we went to the mistic tan,i looked fine last night but when i woke up this morning and im ORANGE!! im not going to school today and my moms gunna help me with this problem,

SO HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ANY OF YOU??

ive done the spray tan before and my face always looks hoorible ive gone to school like that and everyone called me an oopa loompa.

WHO THINKS I SHOULD JUST GO TO THE TANNING BED AND NOT THE MISTIC TAN

Okay so my surgery was friday. When the surgeon went into my knee he found that my miniscus was slightly tore so he just cut the little peice off. He also found that I had shaved off about 70% of my cartilidge. He saw that the bone fragment, which is what they were worried about in the first place, wasn't that major. He took the cartilidge out and sent it to a place in the USA that is the only grower of cartilidge and they are going to grow me some  new cartilidge. I am going to have another surgery that is going to be a cartilidge transplant. Once the cartilidge is grown and sent back I will be having aanother surgery. That will be in about 6-8 weeks. While I am waiting I am going to be going to physical therapy. After the last surgery I am going to be having 6-8 months of physical therapy. He thinks I will eventually be back to normal but he isn't sure. I can't do soccer this year. :( It was either wait for the cartilidge or get cadaver (dead person. ew) cartilidge which they wouldn't have known if my body would accept or reject. I am glad that I don't have cadaver cartilidge that just seems wrong. Eww. Well just wanted to let you all know since so many people replyed to my last one. Comment. Thanks. Bye

 My doctor told me that I had a big head when I was a baby.He was looking at my medical history and it said my head was growing pretty fast. My dad and I both have big heads. Thats who I get it from.This is my first time going to this doctor. My told him when my mom had a songram done the doctors thought that I was gonna be a dwarf. But luckly I'm not a dwarf.

I am so scared for one of my best friends,Taylor. Last night she got a bad stomach ache and then she started to get pain in her legs,arms,feet,and head. I told her to call 911 because no one was at her house,her dad getting ready to fight in war,her not so nice step mom out to eat,and her cousin Jeremy with his girlfriend. Far away from her! So she did,and now she's really sick at the hospital and I just heard some shocking news..............She might have cancer!! :'[! We've been best friends since we were 5,so about 8 years that we were friends. Please pray for Taylor.

  We woke up to finding Savannah in the bathroom sick, very sick, the sickest ever! We called an ambulance that took her to the hospital. They said she might not make it. And well our response was pouring tears Savannah was in deep sleep so she didn't hear a thing.  For the rest of the day i sat there in the chair i even fell asleep and woke up at 4:00 and left.
   I went to school and the nice new boy Parker said hi watsup  where have you been? i said on a trip. Parker: with your friend Savannah? Me: how do you know Savannah is on a trip? Parker: i heard Ryan talking bout her me: ohh yep i was on a different trip. Parker: okay cool. Parker was texting so i quickly said who ya texting he said Brander The foot ball player at our school. i know who brander is.  ohh. the bell rang and we went to class.

Today's media plays a huge part in how girls look and act in our generation. It's unbelievable how girls are affected by shows that tell them they should act or look a certain way. I fear one of my friends is becoming anarexic. It's shows like America's Next Top Model that make girls feel insecure about their bodies. Teenagers like ourselves watch shows like that and feel like we're not good enough and we have to be a size zero. We're only teenagers. We shouldn't  be worrying about how we look...we should be enjoying life! Of course mantaining a healthy diet is important, but we shouldn't starve ourselves because the media tells us we should be a size zero!!!

one of my cousins friends just found out she had cancer about a week ago and she had just turned 11!so my cousin wrote this poem for her and her mother, comment and tell me wat yall think about it!

Life gets tough and hard to handle

 I learned how to take pills. At first I thought I would choke but I didn't. I was sick all this week. I only went to school once this week and today I had to get blood drawn. It was no fun at all! Becuz I got my blood drawn I had to fast for 14 hrs. I felt like I was dying but I was thinking about the children that have no food to eat or drink. This morning my dad took me to McDonalds to get pancakes. I hope u all had a good Friday.

In Science, my class is studying chemistry. I started to think...
Scientists have made there own elements in laboratories, made crazy weapons- taken apart compounds... Why can't they do something good & useful? We have plenty of oxygen and hydrogen- why can't they make water to send to places suffering from droughts and save lives?

Hey so back in August when I went for my sports physical, my doctor looked into my mouth and she said that my tonsils look like they are just about to jump out and hit her in the face, lol, so in back in November, I had to have a sleep study done at the hospital and they said that I had RSL (Restless Leg Syndrome) and my tonsils are effecting my sleep and so I had to go and see a nose, ear, and throat specialist. He said that I definatly have to have my tonsils taken out. The date is March 16th, (my mom's birthday.) Wonderful present huh? Well I joke around and say the present that I am going to get her is my not talking! Lol, I talk a lot so....wat's up with u??? TTYL peace!!!

HI! has anyone here tried green tea? I heard it has benefits,  so I tried some. IT WAS HORRIBLE!  I had it without sugar or anything. Are you supposed to drink it without cream or sugar? I finally tried it with some sugar and it was good! But I am not sure if you are supposed to drink it that way.
